Outstanding food, overall very elegant and enchanting place.
The family king room was brand-new with complicated access, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location - stunning and absolutely perfect, near park in the hotel's garage, beach, and the sea...

Michael
We had brand-new, sufficiently large room with all the amenities, balcony views, large double sized beds.

The room at Elba Costa Ballena Beach & Thalasso Resort was absolutely amazing! It had a separate living room and bedroom, which made me feel like I had my own little apartment. The bathroom was spacious and had a hairdryer, and the room also had all the necessary amenities like wifi and a mini bar. I felt like a VIP!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the air conditioning. I felt like it was a bit too cold for my liking.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The buffet selection at dinner was good.
There was only one, very noisy pool (waterobics and kids games always on). The rate per person seemed extortionate given the quality of service we received - and most general services were not included in the rate - you had to pay 20 euros per day to use the indoor pool, 2 euros a day to use the safe and 10 euros deposit for a pool/beach towel, but they always ran out of beach towels by the time we asked for them. There was no room service. Also the hotel tried to rip us off on taxis. The location isn't great as you have to take a taxi/bus to get anywhere.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, perfect for our large family. The hotel's location, just a stone's throw away from the beach, was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could have been better.

Beautiful location, right off the beach, very convienent. Staff very pleasant.
I did not feel that this hotel offered good value for money. The hotel bills itself as a 4 star, but does not qualify by American standards, and barely qualifies by European standards. The quality of the room, linens and dininig facilities are equivalent to a nice cruise ship, but not a four star hotel. For the price I paid, I expected more, overall dissappointed. If the price per night had been 100-120 Euro instead of 220, I would probably recommend it again.

We had an amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a nice view of the golf courses from the terrace. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The morning meal could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the breakfast options.

The room was silent and spotless with a huge balcony outside the suite, we were happy about that. Liked the location in deserted area.

David
Very elegant and absolutely great place, welcoming staff on the reception desk. Silent and extremely spacious rooms with excellent garden view. Great location for visiting golf courses and bars.

Don
Really enjoyed this absolutely great and lovely hotel, easy to find, with incredibly nice staff on the reception desk. The location was remote, really close to the ocean, golf club along road, and restaurants in Costa Ballena. Furthermore, in a nice area. The main bar was good!

Joe
The staff were super-friendly and knew the area. The team provided a great service and the room was silent and big size with a huge balcony, complicated access plus spacious bathroom.
As for me, the area was really loud.

Comfortable bed, jaw-dropping spa, prompt issue resolution by assistant manager, excellent off-site restaurant, brilliant shower. The staff, especially Sonia and Manuel, were very nice. Great breakfast and dinner buffets. The upgraded suite was beautiful. Would definitely return.

Good location, next to a good and peaceful beach. Friendly and professional staff.
I arrived before (Thursday) all the family's (Friday) that occupied the hotel during the weekend and I was assigned for a standard room with communication to another double room with trash cans view'S....that's the treatment for young couples? Bad soundproofing in the rooms, we've listened all the noises made by baby's and child's during the night....I Was there to rest a little bit! A note for the family's: be careful with ticks bugs in the beach, we were attacked by many.
